As a certified Six Sigma Black Belt by General Electric (GE), Christopher brings over three decades of invaluable experience in operational excellence and process improvement. His journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University.
Christopher's distinguished career includes honorable service in the US Army Air Defense Artillery Corps, where he excelled in both enlisted and officer ranks, earning multiple tours of duty. Kristina Sanderson boasts a tenure of over a decade within the iSigma Group Consulting in various capacities. Currently holding White Belt and Yellow Belt Six Sigma certifications from iSigma Group Consulting, Kristina is currently pursuing her the renewal of her black belt certification.
Kristina's career is defined by her role as a strategic advisor, empowering brands to develop sustainable business models with a focus on social impact. With a versatile skill set spanning global marketing and public relations, she navigates within these environments with a keen focus on process improvement.
Alongside her contributions to iSigma Group Consulting, Kristina's independent consultancy work extends her impact to both for-profit and nonprofit sectors, where she excels in corporate governance and strategic communications.

With a passion for assisting small businesses, LaKeisha has honed her skills in streamlining operational processes, automating repetitive tasks, and establishing operational excellence through the development of quality metrics and standards.
With more than ten years of varied support roles, Kei offers invaluable experience—from her tenure as a Support Specialist at Blue Cross Blue Shield to managerial positions in both the restaurant and financial industries.
Beyond her work with iSigma Group Consulting, she leads "Oh Kei Manages," a fractional operations management agency for small businesses, where she empowers entrepreneurs with her expertise and remote team of project managers.
